We’re Tsering, Tenzin and Tashi—three lifelong friends with over 15 years of experience in the sushi and food industry. Our journey started with a shared passion for food and grew into a vision to create something of our own.
We named our shop Dropo, which means “friends” in Tibetan, because it represents who we are and the kind of experience we want to offer- simple, welcoming, and made for everyone.
For us, Dropo is more than just a business. It’s three friends turning years of experience into something meaningful for our community, one roll at a time.
